All changes and cancellations must be made by 12 Noon, 14 days prior to your check-in date by writing. If you are to cancel your reservation after the 14-day mark you will be charged 50% of your reservation total. In an event of no show, the cost of the entire stay will be billed to your credit card.

This property is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. All linens are inventoried: missing or damaged linens will be charged. Any damages to the hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment. If anyone in the guest's party smokes in the guest room, or any non-designated smoking areas, the guest hereby expressly authorizes hotel management to charge the credit card a minimum cleaning fee to reimburse the property for the additional cost of cleaning a guest room. NO PETS ALLOWED.  Any guest who violates the pet policy will be charged a cleaning fee. (ADA Defined Service animals are excluded.) If your reservation has been paid in advance or you elect to pay by cash, a security deposit via credit card will be required upon check-in and will be charged in the event that damages outlined herein occur. The hotel takes a credit preauthorization but does not accept cash deposits. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card are required at check-in for payment and incidental charges. Any misuse or damages to the guestroom or facilities will be the sole responsibility of the registered guest. Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges.
